1–1 Creative Therapeutic Sessions

Alongside workshops and creative programmes, Green Tree Arts Studio 1 to 1 therapeutic sessions. These sessions provide a safe, confidential, and reflective space where creativity can be used to explore thoughts, feelings, life experiences, and personal or professional challenges.

Art therapy offers a gentle and creative way to explore experiences, emotions, and personal challenges within a safe and supportive space.

Through creativity, individuals may:

  • Build confidence and self-understanding

1–1 Creative Therapeutic Sessions

These individual sessions offer a safe, confidential therapeutic and creative space for individuals who would like a more focused and personal space to explore their thoughts, feelings, creative side and life experiences.

Sessions are suitable for people who:

  • Are going through life changes
  • Are feeling stuck or overwhelmed
  • Want to explore creativity
  • Are looking for a new perspective
  • Want time to reflect
  • Prefer individual sessions rather than groups

No art experience is needed. Sessions are tailored to each individual and may include drawing, painting, collage, writing, or reflective exercises. At the start of our work together we will explore your hopes and goals for the sessions. Sessions can last 60, 90 or 120 minutes depending on what you are looking for and can be attended weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
