Created by 16 volunteers as part of a community research project. Our book is a memento of our work together and an opportunity to share our learning with others.

A celebration of our collective creativity and shared experience. We are delighted to have joined up with Highlife Highland Libraries, to share our book with you, which has been donated to every library across the Highlands as part of this year’s Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival.

This book is not only a visual record of our shared journey, but an invitation to you to reflect, to be present, and to find comfort and inspiration in the artistry of the world around us.
