Awaken is a gentle creative programme that invites you to reconnect with creativity, nature, and yourself.

Over six gentle weeks, we’ll draw inspiration from the rhythms of nature and the power of creativity to explore the inner landscapes that shape us. Exploring themes such as growth, change, creativity, light and shadow, reflection, and new beginnings. Each session includes creative warm-ups, guided art making, nature-inspired prompts, reflection, and grounding exercises.

In a small, supportive group, you’ll have space to connect with others and express yourself through mixed-media art, poetry, and simple creative practices -no experience needed. Together, we’ll cultivate insight, nurture personal growth, and create a safe, nourishing space that guides you toward deeper peace and fulfillment.
